108 sun salutations challenge

1 – 21 June 2025

We invite you to take on the challenge of completing 108 sun salutations in one session on the occasion of International Day of Yoga, 21st June 2025.

To help us prepare, we will hold practice sessions from 2nd June to 20th June 2025, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. These sessions will focus on building strength and stamina gradually.

Let’s take this opportunity to challenge ourselves and grow together through dedicated practice.
