Facilitated by Nikhita Winkler, a cosmic dancer and somatic guide, this immersive workshop invites participants to explore mindful movement, body awareness, and personal expression in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Designed for movers of all backgrounds, the session encourages participants to deepen their connection with themselves through guided movement practices, creative exploration, and embodied awareness. It is a unique opportunity to slow down, move intentionally, and experience the transformative power of somatic practice.
