Fireplace Conversations: Governance of Small Businesses and Side Hustles

11 June 2026 18:30 Virtual
What does governance look like for small businesses and side hustles?
Join us for our first Fireplace Conversation of the season as we unpack the Governance of Small Businesses and Side Hustles. A discussion on what structure, accountability, ethical conduct and good decision-making mean for entrepreneurs, growing businesses and those building something on the side.
The conversation will explore whether governance should look different for small businesses, when a side hustle needs structure, and how entrepreneurs can build responsibly without being overburdened by unnecessary bureaucracy.
Tune in live via the NICG Facebook page or The Namibian page at 18:30 sharp.
We’re excited to be joined by Fenni Nghikevali , Danny Meyer and Etuna Hango for our first Fireplace Conversation of the season and look forward to their perspectives!
To attend in person, RSVP via training.events@nicg.org.na.
The event is free of charge but seats are limited!
