The Learners Leadership & Mental Wellness Training is a full-day empowerment programme designed to equip learners with essential leadership, communication, and mental wellness skills. Facilitated by Lloyd Sikeba, this training focuses on guiding learners to transition confidently from learners to leaders.

The programme addresses key developmental areas including leadership, mental health awareness, confidence building, public speaking, purpose-driven mindset, and strong communication skills. It is particularly suited for LRC members, prefects, and learner leaders, but also beneficial for any learner seeking personal growth and leadership development.
