Master Baker Oliver Flodman at Sandwerf

Join master baker Oliver Flodman for an exclusive, hands-on baking experience at Sandwerf. Over two immersive days, participants will learn traditional techniques and create a selection of artisanal breads and baked goods, including rye bread, farmer’s loaf, Swiss braided bread, buttercake, almond cake, sugar cream cake, cinnamon buns, vanilla rolls and pretzels.

The experience includes overnight accommodation on 21 February, all meals, and a stable and farm tour. With space limited to just eight participants, this is a rare opportunity to learn directly from a master in a relaxed farm setting.
