Men’s Self-Portait Workshop

We’ve had a number of men reach out to say they were interested but unable to attend on the original date. So we’ve listened and we’re giving you another opportunity to join us.

Most men were never taught how to slow down and actually look at themselves.

Not just what you do.

Not just what you provide.

But who you are—underneath all of that.

This workshop creates space for exactly that.

Through a guided, hands-on creative process, participants will create a symbolic self-portrait using collage, texture, imagery, colour, and meaningful materials.

No artistic skill needed.

No pressure to share more than you want to.

Just a practical, grounded way to pause, reflect, and understand yourself differently.

What to expect:

• A structured, guided creative process

• Reflection through imagery and symbolism

• Insight into how you see yourself vs what remains internal

• A supportive, grounded group environment

• A different way of exploring identity and emotional experience

Everything chosen in the process carries meaning—there is no right or wrong way to create your portrait.
