Nampharm Foundation Family Trail Event

The Nampharm Foundation Family Trail Event is a community-driven outdoor experience that brings families, fitness enthusiasts, and nature lovers together in support of a meaningful cause. Hosted at the scenic IJG Trails, this event encourages active lifestyles while promoting togetherness and well-being.

Participants can choose between a 2 km walk, 5 km walk or run, or an 8 km run, making it accessible to all fitness levels. Children under seven enter free, and dogs are welcome at their owners’ own risk. The event is designed to be relaxed, inclusive, and family-oriented, creating a fun and uplifting atmosphere on the trails.
