Oshakati Mayoral Cup 2024

The much-anticipated Oshakati Mayoral Cup is gearing up for its fourth edition in May.

With a substantial prize pool of N$92 000 on offer, the stakes of this edition are higher than ever before.

Organised by the Oshakati Town Council, the tournament promises to showcase the best of local talent, while fostering community spirit, unity and youth exhibition.

The tournament will include youth soccer, legend soccer, netball and women’s soccer.

The prize for the winner in the youth soccer category is N$22 000, a trophy, and 18 gold medals, while the winner for the legend soccer category will walk away with a cash prize of N$9 000, a trophy, and 18 gold medals.

For women’s soccer, the champions will scoop N$4 000, a trophy, and 18 gold medals, while netball winners will walk away with a cash prize of N$4 000, a trophy, and 12 gold medals.
