Enjoy 60 minutes of padel, including racket and balls, with optional coaching available to help improve your game. This is followed by a 45-minute yoga session focused on mobility, flexibility, and nervous system regulation.
The experience is completed with a nutritious high-protein smoothie to support muscle recovery and sustained energy.
