Come and spend a perfect spring Saturday morning on the beautiful Greenspace trails at Avis Dam.

Organised by the Wednesday Social Running Crew for the benefit of the Namibian Society of Physiotherapy (NSP), the event celebrates World Physiotherapy Day 2025 with the theme “Healthy Ageing”.

There is a special entry fee for children (under 16 years of age) and seniors (60 years and older) of just N$60; NSP members pay N$100 and everyone else pays N$150.

Choose between the 3km, 6km and 10km routes – but please note that children (who must be accompanied by an adult) and walkers are restricted to the 3km or 6km routes only.

The event is hosted by Eagles Beer Garden, with their delicious food and drinks available for sale before and after the run.
