A down-to-earth (no lab coat required!) introduction to your gut, its microbiome, and why gut health matters

A live demonstration showing you exactly how to brew your own water kefir at home

And yes… you’ll meet your new tiny companions — those little kefir granules you’ll soon care for like plants… or pets… or somewhere in between
