Join the Wednesday Social Running Crew’s first group trail run for the year at Avis Dam tomorrow, Wednesday 14 January.

  • 5km at an easy pace
  • +/- 8km at a faster pace
    ◾ Especially for people who enjoy trail running but don’t want to run alone, or who aren’t familiar with the Avis Dam trails.
    🔶 No charge, this is just a fun, social group run.
