The Yellow Ribbon Festival is back in 2025 with a day dedicated to fun, family, and fundraising in support of children fighting cancer in Namibia. Hosted at the Atlantis Sport Club in Walvis Bay on Saturday, 20 September, this vibrant festival is organised by the Cancer Association of Namibia (CAN), Erongo Centre.

The festival promises something for everyone:

🎭 Fun stalls offering food, crafts, and games
⚽ Sports and games for children and families
🏃 5km Fun Walk — bring your friends and join the community walk for a cause

With colourful activities, laughter, and energy throughout the day, the Yellow Ribbon Festival is not just about fun — it’s about raising awareness and standing with families affected by childhood cancer. Tickets are N$50 for adults and N$30 for kids, with all proceeds going towards vital support services for young cancer warriors in Namibia.
