4th Namibia Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition (NOGC 2026)

The Economic Association of Namibia is pleased to announce the 4th Namibia Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition (NOGC 2026), in partnership with the Hanns Seidel Foundation Namibia , the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) and supported by strategic partners NAMCOR NAMIBIA, SNC Incorporated & Rhino Resources Ltd.

Under the theme, “From Decision to Dividend: Making Namibia’s Oil Work for Namibians”, this year’s conference will convene leaders from government, industry, academia, and civil society to explore how Namibia can maximise the developmental impact of its emerging petroleum sector.

As the country advances toward first oil, the conversation must evolve from discovery and potential to delivery and outcomes—ensuring that resource wealth translates into broad-based economic growth, job creation, skills development, and lasting prosperity for all Namibians.

We look forward to welcoming stakeholders from across Namibia, Africa, and the world to contribute to this important dialogue.
