The Working Group of the African Feminist Forum warmly invites feminist and women’s rights activists, organisations, collectives, funders and allies to join us for the African Feminist Forum 2026.

In 2026, we mark twenty years since the first African Feminist Forum and the adoption of the Charter of Feminist Principles for African Feminists. This milestone is not only a moment of commemoration, it is a time to take stock of our collective struggles, confront the urgent challenges facing our movements, and re-imagine our strategies for feminist futures.

Together, we will reflect, strategise and build solidarity across generations and geographies, grounding ourselves in the Charter and in the political commitments that continue to guide us.
